Our Management Team

René Schneider
VP Business Development and Sales

René has more than a decade of experience in the international horseracing industry, having worked in a variety of roles for Magna Entertainment prior to joining the XB Net team. René holds an MS from the University of Technology in Graz, Austria and an MBA from IMADEC University in Vienna. Following his studies, René began his business career in the automotive industry, working for both DaimlerChrysler and Covisint prior to beginning his work in horse racing.

Ingo Dellbruegger
VP Operations & IT

Ingo has more than a decade of experience in the international horseracing industry, serving as the CEO of the centralized marketing company of the German harness racing industry prior to joining XB Net. Ingo holds a degree in Business with majors in both Controlling and Business Information Technology from Germany’s Düsseldorf University of Applied Sciences. Prior to his work in horse racing, Ingo worked as a business consultant for several consulting companies throughout Germany, and also worked in the banking industry with the German Bundesbank, Germany’s central bank.

Tim Ryder
MD Director UK/Ireland

Tim has over 20 years experience working in the sports betting and media industry. Having previously worked for The Press Association in a variety of roles including Operations Manager and more recently as Head of Racing & Sports Betting, Tim gained a BA (Hons) degree in Business Management in Sport from the University of Central Lancashire, UK.

Tim brings a wealth of experience to the XB-Net team. He is a prominent figure within the industry and has in-depth knowledge of International Horse racing Rights, content integration and distribution.
